10-22-09

Thanks
  • To Mr. Jeffers for building useful items for our school district like our sit and reach boxes for phy ed

  • To Nurse Julie and Jimette for their efforts this year

  • For your work with the Stuff-A-Truck campaign

  • H1N1 vaccines are coming; we do not have a date or time as of yet, we do know it will be in the auditorium and only students who return appropriate forms will be vaccinated. These forms are being sent through IC and mailed via the nurses office. According to Nurse Julie, the vaccine is only for students K-12, staff is not important. (the last part is not according to Nurse Julie, my interpretation)

  • Mon. Nov. 9 and 10: All 8th grade orchestra, chorus, and band to the auditorium during TA to practice for the Veteran's Day Program

  • I'll be popping into classrooms simply to see what students are learning. Please don't worry about my evaluating/assessing your work when I do this. I purposefully don't bring anything to write on/with to send that message. I like being around students and enjoy seeing what they do in your classrooms.

  • Put accomodations/modifications/interventions and Contacts in I.C. under the PLP tab. I was recently made aware of this so I can show you where it is if you are unfamiliar.

  • A survey will be placed in your mailboxes. Please fill this out and get it back to me.

  • Mark attendance in IC during the period you have the students. Please do not wait until later in the day.
